3.4 KYC Verification
ph565 is required by PAGCOR and Philippine law to verify the identity of all Players who request withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, or Driver's License). ph565 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is completed.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing
ph565 aims to process GCash withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of submission, subject to KYC completion and internal fraud screening. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are processed within 1–3 banking business days. Withdrawal timelines may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or when additional verification is required. ph565 is not liable for delays attributable to the Player's financial institution or payment provider.
4.4 Source of Funds
All funds deposited at ph565 must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph565 complies with AML reporting obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
Winnings may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in the same name as the ph565 Account holder. ph565 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.1 Wagering Requirements
All Bonus Funds awarded to a ph565 Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money balance. 5.2 Bonus Eligibility

5.3 Maximum Bet Restriction
While any portion of a Player's Wallet balance consists of Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements, the maximum bet per round or game is limited to ₱500 or the equivalent, unless a lower limit is specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagers exceeding the maximum bet restriction while bonus wagering is active may result in the Bonus Funds being voided.
5.4 Expiry
Bonus Funds that are not wagered through within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's Account automatically. ph565 does not reinstate expired bonus balances except at its own discretion in response to a valid support inquiry.
